Our society currently has oral presentation and poster presentations of our abstracts, those with Oral get a 10 min talk and 5 min Q&A, and those with posters get 1 poster for 1 day at the conference and an ePoster available the full conference. We are looking at the possibility of implementing "oral poster" sessions or "Poster talk" sessions.
Does anyone currently or have done in the past something similar that can let me know logistics - how long were the talks, how many were given together, any Q&A time etc. and how you went about choosing which posters would get talks, and any other considerations.
