Ad Hoc: Assistance Needed to Test Functional Benchmarking Surveys - Signup Deadline: 03-13-26; Opportunity Begins: 03-17-2026

ASAE is launching a new set of benchmarking surveys this spring covering most areas of association management—such as membership, technology, meetings, community, governance, and HR—building on what was previously known as Benchmarking in Association Management, last updated in 2019. While volunteers have already helped shape the survey questions, we are now seeking volunteers to test the questionnaires in our new survey tool by reviewing as many surveys as they wish (ranging from 2 to 10 minutes each) and checking skip logic, spelling, and overall clarity, as well as suggesting any missing questions or ones that may be ready to retire.
