Pam Weber, M.P.A., CAE, currently serves as the Vice President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), overseeing the operations of industry-recognized credentialing, education, leadership development, workforce development and career awareness programs. Serving in an ex-officio capacity to the NAAEI Board, and working with the Board, Weber provides strategic direction for the operations of the organization and its products and services.
Chris Capistran has been working with associations and certification organizations since he started his career with the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) in 1994. Chris joined Cobalt in 1998 and served as the project manager for many of our largest implementations. Chris was also the lead solution architect for our membership and certification products. As president, Chris currently oversees Cobalt's sales, marketing, and product management operations and is active in both the industries we serve and the Microsoft partner community. Chris has previously served on several Microsoft Partner Advisory Councils and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Certification Network Group (CNG).
