    Good Morning,

    I currently produce our bi-monthly audio podcast using Zoom for the recording (I record the audio as a separate track) and use Otter.AI as the transcription platform. But since Zoom now has transcription services available, I wonder how good it is. 

    Has anyone used the Zoom transcription service? Is it the same, better, or worse than platforms like Otter.AI?

    Any experience you are willing to share would be appreciated.
