Join NoVa Association Senior Execs for our July 18 lunch on neurodivergence & associations. RSVP here. Executive function coach Holly Martinson, M. Ed., ACC. will facilitate this small group discussion with association industry peers.
An estimated 15-20% of the population is neurodivergent, processing information differently from what is often considered "typical." From dyslexia and ADHD to autism and dyspraxia, the types of neurodivergence are myriad – with significant implications for your association's learning and networking programs. Holly will lead our discussion on what neurodiversity is – and isn't - and how associations can meet the expectations of neurodivergent members.
