Association Member Podcasting

Dear Members,

At CIMGLOBAL, we are trying to curate a pool of SMEs who would be good resource person for our year round podcasts 2026-2027. At the moment, we are building this list using LinkedIn and emails (where contact is available). If anyone has worked on curating similar lists kindly share some tips for outreach. It will be very helpful.

I have a clarifying question. Are you trying to find podcast guests within the association space/association professionals or member guests from the organizations that you manage?

I understand now. I think the easiest way for you to find them is to post in the ASAE Collaborate Communities in the areas of expertise you want your guest to have. For example, if you want a communications expert, post in that community. Marketing expert? Post there. You can cross-post to at least one other community from your original post, I believe. Craft your invite and send it out. I am sure that folks will respond. That said, since ASAE's Annual Meeting starts this weekend, maybe wait to post until later next week so that your guest invite gets the full attention you want.
