Can you please share your org's abstract reprint policies? We have acrabstracts.org from all of our meetings and you can see it's house/managed by Wiley.
We have various cases where the author wants to encore or reprint, and then the case of non-authors reprinting and using the findings from abstracts. If you're willing to share your policy or the links to your policy, I'd greatly appreciate it.
