ASAE needs feedback on the Compensation and Benefits Report. ASAE publishes a compensation and benefits study every other year. It will be published again in the summer of 2024. We would like to gather feedback from HR/FBO professionals on how you use compensation reports, preferred format, etc. We would like to speak with members who have previously used the ASAE report as well as members who are using other reports. Feedback would be gathered via a Teams/online call with an ASAE Data Team staff member. Questions would be sent in advance.
