2019 Gold Circle Award Judges

We are seeking judges to assist in reviewing and scoring entries for the 2019 Gold Circle Awards (GCA) Program.  GCA recognizes truly extraordinary association projects and programs in the marketing, membership, and communications fields. The application period opens December 18^th and closes February 6^th. The GCA program rewards excellence, innovation and achievement in association communications and member engagement across the following fifteen (15) categories:

2. Convention/Meetings Marketing Campaign
3. E-Magazine 
4. E-Newsletter
5. Media/Public Relations Campaign
6. Member Retention Campaign 
7. Membership Dues/Restructuring Campaign
8. Membership Recruitment Campaign
9. Member/Volunteer Engagement Campaign
10. New Product/Service Launch Campaign
11. Print Magazine
12. Rebranding Campaign
13. Sponsorship/Exhibits/Advertising Campaign
14. Video
15. Website/App

The Gold Circle Awards (GCA) program recognizes excellence in marketing, membership and communication programs produced by associations. Entries for the Gold Circle Awards competition are evaluated in each category based on established criteria for excellence in association marketing, membership, and communications programs. Judges are from a variety of associations, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations. GCA trophies are given out each year to the most deserving associations, those that truly stand head and shoulders above their peers. 

Important Dates:

§  Call for Judges: December 17^th to February 8^th

§  2019 GCA Judges Orientation: February 19^th at 1:00pm ET (Virtual)

§  GCA Judges Conflict of Interest Review: February 25^th to February 28^th

§  Judging Begins & Ends: March 6^th  to March 25^th

§  Judging Selection Calls: April 3^rd to April 5^th

§  Print Magazine Judging In-Person Meeting: March 15^th (Please note that this meeting is In-Person should you volunteer to judge in this category)

Estimated Time Commitment: Will vary between 5- 10 hours (hours may increase if selected to judge the Print Magazine category)

Gold Circle Awards Judge Eligibility 

The Gold Circle Awards Committee seeks experienced marketing, membership, and communication professionals to serve as judges for the 2019 Gold Circle Awards program. In exchange for their time, Gold Circle Awards judges get an inside look at some of the most innovative and outstanding marketing, membership, and communication projects and programs in the association profession. Judges are recognized for their contributions to the competition during the ASAE Marketing, Membership and Communications Conference, June 6^th -7^th, 2019.
