Having recently completed two important benchmarking studies, the ASAE research department is conducting focus groups to capture your individual experiences with ASAE benchmarking surveys and products and to discover your benchmarking priorities across different functional areas of association management.
If you participated in our most recent benchmarking studies (Compensation & Benefits, Operating Ratios) or if you find it difficult to participate but still value the data, then we invite you to participate.
We need to know what factors into your decisions about survey participation. We’d also like to learn more about your ability to find the association data you need and what kinds of functional area benchmarks (membership, meetings, etc.) you’d find most valuable.
While we’re interested in the metrics essential to your association, we’re just as interested in learning how ASAE can support your organizational benchmarking demands and what we can do to deliver meaningful data to our members.
Both in-person and virtual focus groups will take place September 19-21. All in-person groups will be held at ASAE Headquarters in Washington, DC (located at 1575 I Street NW, near McPherson Square Metro), and will last 90 minutes. Our findings will inform future benchmarking research offered through the new AssociaMetrics portal.
