ASAE is seeking about 20 more association or AMC professionals for one-hour interviews by phone. Why? To help set the stage for the design thinking workshop that will be held June 2 (volunteer roles for this are now filled). Interviewees will offer key qualitative data to inform and inspire the design thinking process. Interviews will take place between about about May 2 and May 20.
Interviewees will provide confidential comments about their experience related to any one of these four topic areas:
- Early Career Resources (for young professionals, millennials, and/or people new to associations)
- Career Resources (for job seekers and people interested in career advancement)
- Aspiring CEO Resources (for people who hope to become a CEO in the near or far future)
- Resources for Organizational Development, Efficiency, Effectiveness (These are tools that are not for individual professional development but rather for the advancement of the entire organization, such business, human resources, or finance-related resources.)
If you’d be willing to participate, please select one topic area. Send that letter (A, B, C, or D) along with your title and a one- or two-sentence rationale explaining why you would be a good fit for this assignment, to ASAE by clicking on the APPLY button at the top of this page -- ASAP.
You may include a second/third/fourth choice if you want.
Just let me know if you have any questions. (MNelson@asaecenter.org)
