Description: The CAE Professional Conduct Committee is responsible for investigating, deliberating, and bringing to resolution, according to the Rules and Policies (CAE Policy #15), all complaints against CAEs.
The CAE Professional Conduct Committee is composed of 6 – 12 CAEs. The CAE Professional Conduct Committee is led by a chair that serves a one-year term. Each committee member is appointed for a one-year term and may be re-appointed for three consecutive terms in a non-officer position. The committee meets by conference call or webinar as needed.

- Committee members (or their organizations)pay their own travel expenses to attend meetings. ASAE does not reimburse Board, Committee, or Council members for travel.
- New volunteers are required to attend the volunteer group’s kickoff meeting in order to serve.
- Members can only serve on 1 (one) volunteer group (council, committee, ad-hoc) at a time.
