ASAE is seeking volunteers to help select the winners for The Power of A Awards program, ASAE's highest honor for associations that go above and beyond their everyday mission to undertake initiatives that benefit America and the world. Read more about The Power of A Awards.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants should have an established history of managing programs in the association community.
ASAE is looking for diversity in Individual Honors judges in terms of location, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation and identity, experience in ASAE, and background.
Meeting Requirements:
- Power of A Awards Orientation: May 4 from 1:30pm – 2:30pm ET
- Gold/Silver Decision Meeting: Friday, June 11 from 1pm – 2:30pm ET
- Summit Judging Meeting: Monday, July 19 from 12pm – 2pm ET
Selection Process:
Applications- Applicants should clearly define, in their application, how they can best serve on this group as outlined in the above description.
Diversity of Voice- With support of ASAE staff, the selection committee utilizes the ASAE Board Diversity Policy and Volunteer Model to ensure the group is comprised of a variety of voices from the membership. To support this effort, all ASAE members can log into their main ASAE account and update their information in their ASAE Profile to ensure it is complete and up to date.
