Have you heard of ASAE’s new event - the Xperience Design Project (XDP)?!
XDP is an innovative event that promises to transform association meetings. The first event of its kind, XDP will create a collaborative learning environment – rather than a traditional conference, trade show, or hosted buyer – it will inspire a new era of face-to-face business experiences.
ASAE is recruiting awesome association industry professionals to lead attendees through this collaborative co-created learning experience. To make sure this event is as successful as possible, we’re inviting you to participate as a Team Leader for this exciting and new event.
200 Team Leaders will facilitate the table conversations within the specific Zones during The Lab portion of the event. The five Zones are Experience, Learning, Location, Marketing, and Technology. Each Zone will have a Zone Captain who will speak at a high level on that particular topic. From there the Team Leaders will work with their table to facilitate the conversation. (Team Leaders do not need to be ‘experts’ in each of the Zones and will be given a Facilitator Guide and training in advance.)
Team Leaders will rotate through three of the five Zones and will be given a specific objective to focus the conversation around as it relates to that Zone’s overarching topic.
Team Leaders should be ASAE advocates, XDP co-creators, or professional consultants with whom ASAE has a relationship and who are very comfortable with group facilitation. View the full conference schedule here.
