This session will discuss various types of messages from the elevator speech to the paragraph you use to describe your association in your news releases and how each message contributes to your brand and reputation. It will instruct participants about how to create impactful messages starting with their association’s vision and mission statement. Participants will walk away with a blueprint on how to create consistent, clear and concise messaging. Q&A will follow.
