[AXC] Creating Teams in a Virtual World

When:  Jun 28, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM (ET)

About the Session

According to a recent survey, after COVID, 92 percent of those surveyed are expected to work from home at least one day per week, and 80 percent are expected to work remotely at least three days a week.

This change in our work environment presents its share of challenges--including how to build and retain collaborative teams in a virtual environment. Join @Thomas Reynolds, Director of
Education Services, Maryland Municipal League, for this June AXC webinar where he will discuss the team building challenges a virtual work environment presents for association executives. Tom will provide tips for ensuring that staff members feel connected and supported, are able to proactively resolve conflict, and reimagine organizational culture.
