Got A Plan: Now What? (DC Idea Swap)

When:  Dec 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (ET)
Your association board of directors has just approved your new strategic plan. The plan includes your vision and mission, an objective and strategies, and identifies your target audience and robust tactics. Now what?

It's at this point that your association strategic planning process may break down, turning your creative ideas and dedication into a document gathering dust on your office shelf.

In this session, John Barnes of Barnes Association Consultants, will share tips with participants on how to bring your plan to fruition. The session will highlight takeaways that you can use when you return to your office.

BONUS: Holiday Potluck Dessert. To celebrate the holidays, we're holding a holiday potluck dessert. We're asking participants to bring (make or buy) dessert for 10 to share. We look forward to celebrating the holidays with you!
