Getting C-Suite Executives to be PD Thought Leaders and Champions
- Are the C-Suite Executives in your Association - or the ones you work with – acting as Professional Development thought leaders?
- Are C-Suite Executives playing a key role with PD-strategy development and execution?
- Do the staff and/or volunteer leaders in your Association have “line of sight” to and understanding of the PD strategy and focus of the Association?
If not – don’t feel your Association, or the ones you work with are the exception.
Achieving strategic plan, organizational performance, and PD alignment is hard – just ask any CEO, ED, or C-suite Executive. Toss finance, membership, product portfolios, technology, member services, volunteer engagement, Board relations, and brand development into the mix and the C-Suite Executive role in any Association – large or small - becomes daunting to many.
Clearly, professional development strategy development and ongoing deployment success starts with the Chief Executive, the Board, and the other “C-suite” staff leaders across an Association. During this “PD Town Hall” we will share and facilitate the exchange of “success stories” and proven practices for enlisting the C-Suite Executives as PD thought leaders, as well as focus on strategies to keep C-Suite Executives engaged as PD Champions.
