Join your association colleagues for the next Loudoun County Idea Swap!
Join us for the next meeting of the Loudoun County association community for a discussion about association issues. Pre-registrants will have an opportunity to provide agenda topics on issues they may currently be facing in their organization. Their topics will be addressed by participants in a round table format. In addition, every swap has a short presentation on a topic of interest to association attendees.
The May presenter will be: Linda Howard, PMP, CMC, Howard Consulting, LLC
Topic: Building a Stronger Organization through Better Project Management
Association and nonprofit leaders frequently wonder how they can make their organizations stronger, more sustainable, and more efficient. Building stronger organizations requires us to constantly find ways to be more productive with diminishing resources. Since so much of our work is managed through individual projects, join Linda Howard in an interactive session to explore how better project management can pay off for your organization. You will leave with some key ideas for you to implement to improve project management within your own organizations!
This is a fun, casual environment where you can meet new people and learn at the same time! And the conversations won't end at the door. Additional Loudoun County Idea Swaps are scheduled on the first Thursday of every other month throughout the year.
