How are you inspiring, encouraging, and fostering innovation in your industry during the pandemic and beyond?
The ASAE Research Foundation’s Innovation Taskforce is exploring the role associations play in serving as catalysts for innovation in their industry, especially during a time of universal uncertainty and rapidly evolving societal needs. We’d like to hear how your association has cultivated innovation within the discipline or industry you represent, and the successes and challenges that innately come when serving as an agent for change.
· How did you recognize that you should be the catalyst for change in your industry?
· What framework or model did you use to move the needle on innovation?
· What major challenges hindered the exploration or implementation of innovation in your field ---and your ability to serve as an effective catalyst --- such as the capabilities, capacity, and culture of both your association and the industry itself?
· What informed your decisions about allocation and prioritization of resources to influence change most effectively?
Space is limited as the conversation is intended to be an information exchange. Whether you’ve led the charge for change in your industry or have grappled with how to be a change agent, your story is important to us and to the association community. Please come prepared to share, listen, and learn.
