Town Hall Discussion: The “What’s Next” Guide to Virtual Events

Virtual events are here to stay, at least for the foreseeable future. Join experience designer, Beth Surmont, as she guides us through the key considerations for virtual and hybrid events including: platform selection, content curation, and attendee engagement. Come with your questions as the second half of the session will be opened up to the audience for an “Ask Me Anything” session.

 

Speaker Beth Surmont, CMP, CAE is the Director of Experience Design at 360 Live Media

 

As an event planner for more than 20 years, Beth has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors and jumps at the chance to explore new challenges and the try out creative new ideas. She’s been a Certified Meeting Planner since 2008. A Certified Association Executive since 2016. And served as chair of the ASAE Meeting & Exposition Council from 2016 – 2018. In 2019 she was named one of BizBash’s 1000 Most Influential People in Events. She authors a blog full of event planning tips called Otter Talk. And she currently lives in New Jersey with her wife, stepchildren, and two dogs.
