Executive-Level Education & Discussion
Start your day off right with a CEO breakfast session! The CEO to Aspiring Leader Breakfast & Round Tables is a one-hour, informal discussion of new ideas and current challenges with a small group of your peers. This is the session to attend for our aspiring leaders to pick the brains of Association CEOs and Executives, and for our Association CEOs and Executives to learn more about what the next generation of leaders want/need to grow and succeed in the field of association management. Facilitated by Lowell Aplebaum, CAE, CEO & Strategy Catalyst, Vista Cova (Open to Association CEOs, Executive Directors or Presidents, CSEs and/or executives with leadership roles, aspirations toward leadership and young professionals.)

Corporate Social Responsibility
Assemble Hygiene Kits: Annual conference attendees, exhibitors, and volunteers will be on hand to help assemble 500 Hygiene Kits at the Albany Capital Center. Assembled kits will be distributed to local organizations after the conference concludes. Bringing relief in the form of hygiene kits to people right in our community! The opportunity to assemble kits will be available throughout the entire conference starting at 9:00 AM.

Hang out with a Therapy Dog: Therapy Dogs International (TDI®) - Schenectady Chapter is a volunteer organization dedicated to regulating, testing, and registration of therapy dogs and their volunteer handlers for the purpose of visiting nursing homes, hospitals, other institutions, and wherever else therapy dogs are needed. Studies have shown that a person holding or petting an animal will cause a lowering of blood pressure, the release of strain and tension, and can draw out a person from loneliness and depression.

Food Donation: Rock and Wrap It Up! was the first anti-poverty think tank to tie together food recovery and greenhouse gas emission reduction. Our mantra, reducing the poverty footprint by reducing the carbon footprint, remains our goal.

Exhibitor-Attendee Appointments
Wake up early for one-on-one appointments! ESSAE will provide space for breakfast appointments between Exhibitors and Attendees. Exhibitors interested in participating have been added to a list for attendees to choose from.

Attendees (Qualified Buyers) who register for the annual conference and/or trade show will have the option to opt-in and will be provided a form to select which properties or companies they would like to meet with. ESSAE will collect information and schedule appointments.  Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged as exhibitors who are not selected for appointments, may not be available.
