ASAE Reston-Loudoun Idea Swap

When:  May 9, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (ET)

Join us for an interactive session as Moira Edwards and Theresa Kramer-Burgess explore Partners in Product Development: You and Your Members!

Did you ever wonder how the “can’t miss, million dollar idea” that everyone loves — becomes the product that nobody wants? How can your association make sure that you’re investing in products that will be just what your members want and need? Using successful, and not so successful, product development experiences, we’ll share how using design thinking and member involvement made the difference between building a better mousetrap and the product we don’t like to discuss.

As always, this Idea Swap is free to attend and is geared specifically for association staffers to provide a safe zone to meet, compare notes, learn something new, and network with colleagues who are facing challenges similar to those you deal with daily. Those who work in supporting services are welcome, too, but remember this is a commercial-free zone.

The event begins at 3 pm and we'll adjourn at 5 pm.

ASAE members use the RSVP button to register; please share information with not-yet-members who would benefit from this and ask them to email registration to
