About the Session
During the last decade, we have been giving association boards the wrong work. We should have insisted that boards devote more of their attention to understanding, anticipating and preparing for the inevitable impact of the societal transformation that was unfolding before our eyes. We should have taken steps to ensure that association boards overcame their preference for short-term, orthodox thinking.
We may be able to give boards a second chance to make this essential shift if we are willing to think differently. Join Jeff De Cagna, FRSA, FASAE
of Foresight First LLC
for the May D.C. Swap to learn three reasons why it's so critical to refocus association governing on the future, as well as three next practices to make it happen.About the Speaker
