Presenter, John D. Barnes, President of  Barnes Association Consultants, presents "Is Your Association Clumsy?"

We know how discussions and red-tape can prolong association decision making and processes. John, a consultant on association management issues, will walk us through exploring ways associations can make decisions and get things done more efficiently and effectively! 

This session can be beneficial to all association staff.

 

ABOUT THE ALEXANDRIA BROWN BAG (ABB)
Formed ten years ago, the Alexandria Brown Bag is an ASAE-supported association professional development networking group. The ABB fosters an environment for idea sharing among our attendees which usually consist of various experience levels of association professionals and service providers to the association community.  The ABB host on the average about 25 people each month. ABB attendance qualifies ASAE members for CAE credits.

The ABB meets every third Thursday of the month from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Networking begins at 11:30 with the presentation portion beginning at noon. FREE parking is available on-street and onsite.  Bring your questions, ideas, business cards, and lunch.
