You have training programs that you’ve delivered to thousands of members hundreds of times, and they work to perfection. It seems like it would be easy to convert them to on-demand san e-learning courses. But then you realize that, at most, only 30% of the content is actually written down somewhere—the rest is in the instructors’ minds. How do you get it out? In this town hall discussion, we’ll explore some of the unexpected challenges in converting instructor-led training to on-demand e-learning—along with how to overcome them. You’ll take away a five-step model and valuable checklists to assist with successfully analyzing, managing, and leading an e-learning conversion project.
