    We are revisiting our performance review process, and I'm interested in how other associations handle theirs. Currently, we conduct quarterly reviews, with the Q4 review including a few questions reflecting on the year. While the process has been helpful, it has become a bit tedious, and the quarterly cadence leaves limited time between review cycles

    As we assess potential updates, I'd be grateful for any insight you are comfortable sharing on the following:

    1. Frequency of your association's performance reviews
    2. What format do you use? (e.g., a digital form, PDF, HR/performance management platform, or another approach)
    3. What areas are assessed in the review?
    4. Do you include an overall performance rating? If so, what factors inform the rating (e.g., goal achievement, professional development, skills, alignment with organizational values)?
    5. Does it include peer feedback? If so, how is it collected and incorporated into the review?
