    Hi Everyone,
There has been a growing interest lately among associations in starting mentorship programs. Many are exploring this path to boost member engagement, build leadership capabilities, and promote professional growth through mentorship and fellowships. Getting a program off the ground can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to structuring, recruiting participants, and ensuring long-term success.

For those of you considering launching a program, what challenges or questions are you facing? And for those with established programs, what insights or lessons learned can you share with the group?
