I've worked with Session Board from a event tech/data perspective and as a speaker submitting/managing submissions.  As a front end and back-end user - the UI and UX is easy to use and manage. I'm working on a switch to Cadmium.  They cover everything that you mentioned and their team has been very helpful during the contracting process.  I've talked to a few of their clients and so far I'm happy with what I've heard.  Nobody will be perfect, but I love a vendor who is adaptable and willing to talk through issues.
