Hi all,
I'm curious if any groups have an actual process for the Executive Director to provide staff feedback on potential candidates for elected positions. Obviously, we lean towards letting the Nominating Committee develop the slate, but sometimes staff input could be extremely useful in identifying candidates (and potentially excluding candidates). Thoughts?
