  • 1.  DELP Applications Open for 2024-2026

    Posted Feb 06, 2024 06:50 PM

Hi all! You probably are aware that applications are open for the ASAE 2024-2026 Diversity Executive Leadership Program. As a current DELP Scholar for the Class of 2023-2025, DELP has been a game changer for me; I feel very supported and seen in DELP. I'm reaching out here on Collaborate to see if this can be circulated to other association professionals with disabilities to encourage them to apply. For context, I have dwarfism and am of South Asian descent so would love to see more representation in DELP!

We also have an informational webinar on Friday at 12pm ET to discuss the program, application process, testimonials, etc. The link to the application and webinar registration is via the webpage below.

Register to attend Today's competitive environment requires organizations to develop leaders who bring a wide variety of professional and personal experience to the table. ASAE's answer to that challenge is the Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP).

I wholeheartedly agree with Samyuktha. The DELP program was transformative for me personally and professionally. I highly recommend taking the time to learn more about the program and applying. Please also encourage others to do the same.

Even after completing the DELP program, alumnus are still supported through a vast network and at educational events such as the Annual DELP Reunion.
