I'm looking for recommendations for a vendor/platform to manage abstract and Call for Education session proposal submissions. Our submission (less than 200) and review process (8-10 reviewers) is fairly straightforward, so we don't need advanced features-just an easy-to-use system that allows us to make updates as needed and generate reports. We don't require speaker or schedule management. A simple, streamlined platform would be ideal.

Hi Fred,

We are fairly similar in that we have a low submission count. With that in mind we did not want to spend a ton on the system. We signed with X-CD which I found was the most economical and still covered all our needs - without all the bells and whistles. We use it for 5-6 meetings a year for roughly 500 submissions. So far I have liked them and their support team has been helpful and even made some custom changes to the system for us.
