Aspiring Executive Leaders

A community for those:
- Committed to a career in the association profession
- Who have earned CAE or passed that level of competency
- With at least 7 years of experience in the field and - Who are aspiring to further executive level advancement in the next 5 years.

Community participants will engage in:
- discussion/research efforts around the needs of this cohort, as well as ongoing audience refinement
- sharing of discovered resources
- contributing to possible efforts/projects including but not limited to:
1. Learning needs and opportunities
2. Research needs and opportunities
3. Mentoring needs and opportunities
4. Community/Networking needs and opportunities
