Has anyone explored their process of procurement and/or policy and procedure around DEI programs and services as it relates to the ASAE Ethical Decision Making Guide?
For the research components how are associations ensuring that the people who are most impacted are part of the research and discovery process?
If those persons/groups are not in the leadership of the team/s how are organizations ensuring that those most affected have a representative voice in this workflow?
If this is not a clear component - should there be a proposal to update the ethical decision making guide?
