In November, we held our annual Volunteer Leadership Retreat. I want to share a brief overview of what transpired. It was a great opportunity for our volunteer leaders to get together to discuss the future of the profession. We participated in design thinking exercises we can now use with our own organizations, then used those skills to generate ideas for ASAE to consider.
