Has anyone in this community implemented Microsoft Sensitivity Labels in their Microsoft 365 Tenant? This would be the process of applying descriptive labels like "Confidential" or "General" or "Personal" or "Public" to files and emails.
I think it's the kind of thing that Security Audits look for - and can get you a lot of points in your Microsoft Security Score. But I also guess that it only benefits a certain kind of org - and I'm not sure mine is one of them. It feels very performative and the very people who demand security would also hate the extra step of classification.
Before I cross this off my list as a "not gonna do that" I want to see if anyone can speak to it and any benefits derived? @Brian Scott ?
