I am looking for recommended systems that do the following:
1) Manage call for abstracts submissions and scoring
2) Manage both abstract speakers and invited speakers, including automated emails when electronic forms or required uploads have not been submitted on time.
3) Manage speaker/planner/reviewer disclosures and mitagation according to ACCME standards, providing exports of data in ACCME format
4) Manage learner CME claiming/certificates, including MOC options, ideally with integration with PARS for immediate learner information upload
5) House and display learner-facing enduring materials in a user-friendly way, ideally with the ability to API with our membership database for ecommerce distinguishing member from non-members
If you have experience with any systems that you are willing to comment on (even bad experiences to steer away from), I would love to hear.
