This is one of those "is anyone having issues with ...." messages.
Is anyone having issues with Microsoft Anti-Spam acting a little crazy today?
Microsoft Security / Defender / Anti Spam has shut down 5 of our users today for heavy outbound email usage - but the messages involved were not beyond boundaries of usual traffic. Maybe 100-200 recipients. Not ideal, but not forbidden either.
This is extremely unusual - especially since we're now a Mimecast shop and our Microsoft Anti-Spam policies are dialed back as far as possible.
I've put in a ticket with Microsoft, Mimecast and our two MSPs, but not getting a whole lot of info back. One MSP indicated that, maybe, two other tickets have come in, but didn't hear much after that.
