    This group does a GREAT job of explaining all the customization and personalization features available for free in all of the major operating systems and browsers.

    These features are how disabled people that use digital technology for their day-to-day activities to work, learn, play, love, and live use to orient their systems to their preferences. 

    ALL of these features are built in! 
    Check them out - no overlay needed.

    I only edited to add in features in MSFT Edge to their existing list of IE 8 and IE 9.
