There hasn't been much posted to this community for some time. Could audience promotion be part of the problem? Despite producing strong content, associations struggle to grow their audience simply because they don't promote it enough. Associations must leverage all available communication channels to maximize reach. That includes email newsletters, websites, social media platforms, digital communities, webinars, and conferences. Every episode should be accompanied by compelling visuals, brief summaries, and clear links every time it drops. Associations can also empower staff, volunteers, and board members to share episodes, especially if they're featured or the topic is relevant to their networks. Providing social media toolkits or email templates can make this easy. Do you have any ideas for such a toolkit?
