Which directly impacted groups of disabled people were engaged and provided guidance?

Which professionals trained in accessibility were engaged and provided guidance?

Which disability rights groups with interests in these areas were engaged and provided guidance?

What professional organizations that are qualified to provide review and assessments were engaged?

What members of your staff, who are qualified to do reviews and testing of this product or service, were engaged and how did they evaluate the product or service?

What procurement process did you pursue to ensure that the product/service and its delivery will guarantee usability to disabled people?

What laws and standards around the world, think WCAG, ADA, Rehabilitation Act, Equality Act, EAA, WAD, ACA, and others did you consider and review to ensure your products and services meet standards and conform to laws?

What policies and procedures did you change to ensure you are improving accessibility?

If your team can't actually answer these questions, are you actually improving the world with disabled people?

I did not say FOR disabled people.

    Nothing about us without us.

Where are the disabled people, polices, practices, usability testing, and review in your "improvements?"

    Nothing about us without us.
