The CAE Item-Writing Committee is responsible for drafting proposed CAE items on an ongoing basis and coding each item to an appropriate reference. The drafted questions are sent to the CAE Exam Committee for review and editing.
If you are a CAE with an interest in helping to write questions to be used on the CAE exam, this opportunity is for you! Prior experience with credentialing preferred, but all CAEs are welcome to participate! The CAE Item-Writing Committee meets face-to-face three times each year and may meet by conference call in between meetings. The first meeting is scheduled for October 12-13, 2017 in Washington, DC.
Item-Writing Committee members cannot be involved with CAE candidate preparation while serving on this committee through two years after service completion.
