The CAE Professional Conduct Committee is responsible for investigating, deliberating, and bringing to resolution all complaints against CAEs.
The CAE Professional Conduct Committee is comprised of six to twelve members who hold the CAE. Each committee member is appointed for a one-year term.
The Professional Conduct Committee meets only as needed when a complaint is filed against a CAE. The Professional Conduct Committee usually meets by conference call but may meet face-to-face if needed. (This committee does not meet at Annual Meeting.)
Professional Conduct Committee members cannot be involved with CAE candidate preparation while serving on this committee through two years after service completion.
