For months, associations across the country have been gearing up for 2020 state legislative sessions. But along with the usual year-over-year changes nationwide, recent developments in Virginia and Kentucky have changed the political calculus for some associations and their plans for next year. How are associations pivoting to be ready in January? How should associations be refining their strategies on short notice? What tried and true best practices can association government relations and advocacy professionals rely on?

To help answer these questions and more, please join the ASAE Government Relations and Advocacy Professionals Advisory Council on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST to hear about recent developments from a panel of leading state government relations and advocacy practitioners. By learning about the about the latest state of play and how leaders in the field are preparing for the 46 state legislative sessions kicking off starting in January, attendees will better understand what they need to do to help their organizations succeed in 2020.
