Trust is a Must – 3 Ways to Build Trust in Your Healthcare Organization

When:  May 8, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)

According to ASAE’s ForesightWorks research, trust in institutions, including government, science,

and medicine, is declining. Additional industry research from Association Laboratory’s 2019 Looking Forward also identified that:

  • 60 percent of healthcare association chief staff officer concerned or somewhat concerned about their association’s perception as a source of credible information.
  • 52 percent of healthcare chief staff officer respondents are concerned or somewhat concerned about public perceptions of their members’ competence or quality.

As a result, healthcare associations are needing to invest more time and resources into building trust with their members and the general public. But, how? In this one-hour webinar, we’ll expand upon the ASAE article, and talk in more detail with two healthcare association professionals, Mike Tringale, vice president, communications and public affairs, for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association and Barbara Byrd Keenan, FASAE, CAE, CEO of the Endocrine Society, about their perspectives and experiences in building trust with their members and the public.
