KiKi serves as senior consultant for Tecker International for communications strategy. As a speaker, KiKi has graced many stages as a keynote and session leader. For the past several years, she has also served as a visiting lecturer for the capstone Masters Technology Management class at Georgetown University. She was also a contributing author to the books, The Component Relations Handbook (2nd edition, ASAE, 2012) and Social Networking for Nonprofits: Increasing Engagement in a Mobile and Web 2.0 World (ASAE, 2010).As CEO and Host for Association Chat, an online community and media platform for the association industry, KiKi L'Italien reaches over 72k industry professionals each month. PART 2 (11:30 AM) - In Part 2, Scott continues the interactive discussion, focusing on membership renewal strategy and featuring a case study that demonstrates how one association created a strong engagement and renewal plan.

Round Table Discussion Session
To stay competitive and relevant in the association and meetings industries, it is important to learn from others and share best practices. The round table discussion session will allow attendees to share experiences, best practices, insights, and knowledge in small groups and learn from industry peers. Everyone brings unique experience and expertise in sharing sessions!
Group topics will include areas discussed during the breakout sessions and each table will have a moderator to help keep the conversation going. Table conversations will be limited to 3 rounds of 20 minutes each. No assigned seating! Feel free to select and move to tables relevant to YOU each time the bell rings.
