Panelist: Lorrie Trogden, CAE

Lorrie serves as the President/CEO of the Arkansas Bankers Association where she leads the Association’s strategic initiatives, including planning, member services, governance, and legislative affairs at the state and federal level. Trogden previously spent 10 years with the Arkansas Bar Association as their Associate Executive Director & Government Relations Director. She also worked in human resources for 9 years at two Arkansas Fortune 500 corporations. Lorrie has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, a Masters of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and is an ASAE certified Association Executive.

Panelist: Jim Leahy, CAE
Jim is the Managing Director, Regional & Federal Programs for Liberty Square Group where his more than 35 years of experience in lobbying, non-profit association management and political organizing brings a host of experience and relationships to the table for LSG clients. A fixture in the Connecticut State Capitol since 1988, he has also worked with organizations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Pennsylvania in sectors including healthcare, environment, education, consumer protection, justice, gaming and public safety. A graduate of Brandeis University with a B.A. in Psychology, Jim is also an ASAE certified Association Executive.
