[DC Idea Swap] Cut the Crap Conflict Strategies for Leaders

When:  Sep 26, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (ET)
About the Session

The typical manager spends 25-40% of his or her time dealing with workplace conflicts. That’s one to two days of every work week. —Washington Business Journal

There’s no avoiding it, where there are people, there are bound to be problems. When these problems are not properly managed, they lead to decreased engagement productivity and morale. In short, they suck the life out of your day and your energy level is depleted.

Not all conflict is bad. Studies show that managed conflict can lead to significant organizational breakthroughs, but first you’ve got to help people cut the crap and take responsibility for solving their own challenges so you can reclaim your time and get down to business.

Join our DC Swap in September (DC Swaps aren't held in August, FYI) where Pamela GreenChief Collaborator of her namesake consultancy,  will show you how to engage in productive discourse and teach you the coaching skills that lead to emotional awareness, management, control, and more productive conversations.
