About the Session
Martin Luther King said, “A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.”
We’ve seen leaders emerge in turbulent times such as within the current COVID-19 environment, as well as in calmer waters. In this 45-minute virtual webinar open to all association executives, Vivian Abalama, IOM, CAE, will discuss the elements contributing to becoming a successful association leader.
