As we enter a new year, there is buzz around which resolutions and goals will be most effective this year. This webinar will make the case as to why leaders and employers should prioritize their employees’ well-being as one of the most effective ways to make broader impact in 2018.
Focusing on two key areas of an employee’s overall well-being and happiness, this webinar will have two parts:
- How to better motivate employees through a focus on individual strengths in the workplace and
- How employers can help employees feel more secure through financial wellness workshops aimed at helping employees make holistic, sound financial decisions.
Participants will hear from two facilitators who are experts in these specific areas of well-being. Researchers state two of the most instrumental contributors of happiness at work are “money and meaning”. This webinar will tackle both sides of the coin and allow participants to return to their organizations with tangible and tactical next steps that will allow for more direct focus on well-being in 2018.
Specific Learning Objectives
- To learn about the impact of focusing on strengths in the workplace and to help make the case to leaders for why a focus on strengths can help better position them as a top notch motivator of people, helping their employees tap into discretionary effort and achieving better engagement and performance at work.
- To learn about the cost of employee financial stress, the issues that are causing the most stress, and as leaders what can be done to help promote financial empowerment.
